Drugs and alcohol can be a major concern for most employers, especially those in the construction industry.  This course will discuss ways to identify whether a person may be intoxicated and how to handle the situation properly.  Our instructor will also cover legal aspects and how human resources may need to handle the situation.  The course should help you feel more confident about how to approach the situation should you come face-to-face with it.
