We’re pleased to announce that construction is beginning on the New Mexico Mutual Welcome Center at the National Hispanic Cultural Center!
We purchased the naming rights for the welcome center in May of 2015. The National Hispanic Cultural Center doesn’t just showcase Hispanic culture. It actively promotes and advances Hispanic culture with its wealth of innovative exhibits, events and activities. The new Welcome Center will enhance these offerings by creating a focal point – and by setting the tone for the thousands of visitors who pass through its doors. The Center will also be a gateway to the Torreón, which houses a fresco that portrays thousands of years of history and culture from throughout the Hispanic world.
We are proud to be a part of this project. We’re a local company through and through, so we have always had a deep, abiding interest in the welfare of our state and all its people. We cherish the rich Hispanic culture – and it humbles us to know that our company will play a small role in helping it thrive.
Construction is expected to be wrapped up in November, and we are looking forward to seeing the finished building!
