Unfortunately, in our world today, active shooter training is a necessary training for schools, shopping malls, and workplaces. Across the country, there are numerous active shooter incidents each year. New Mexico is not immune from this tragic story, and only a few of them ever make the news.  It is a much more common trend in our State than you may think.  We will discuss when active shooter training is needed, and ways to help protect and train workers to keep them safe if they should ever find themselves in an active shooter situation.
