Our Incident Investigation workshop will cover methods for conducting an effective incident investigation in the workplace. After a workplace incident or close call – what evidence should be collected, how to conduct interviews, how to handle first responders and OSHA enforcement officers. Lastly, we’ll discuss strategies to prevent incidents from occurring in the future!
