The Workers' Compensation Administration (WCA) of New Mexico requires an annual safety inspection for businesses with insurance premiums over $5000. These inspections can be done by your business, the WCA, a private consultant, or a New Mexico Mutual Loss Prevention Consultant, provided you are a policyholder with our company.
